The Golden Method™ was created in hospital rooms, heartbreak, fear, and the hardest mirror Kathy ever faced.
Two years before I landed in the ICU, my doctor told me to put my affairs in order.
Then came COVID pneumonia. A stroke. Weeks fighting for my life.
And somewhere in that fear, I realized something.
I had quietly been building mental strength tools to survive.
They helped me walk out of that hospital alive.
But surviving was only the beginning.
Long COVID changed my body. My confidence. My reflection.
One day I stood in front of the mirror and decided to stop fighting the woman staring back at me.
That is where The Golden Method™ was born.
